How to Pay with Different Channels

Each supported bank and mobile wallet has its own payment steps. Choose your channel below for instructions tailored to how you pay.

Pay with your bank or mobile wallet

Paying is simple. Pick the channel you are using below, then tap its icon to reveal step-by-step instructions for completing your payment.

Airtel Money

  1. Dial *211#
  2. Select 2: Send Money
  3. Select 8: OneKhusa
  4. Enter OneKhusa TAN
  5. Wait for redirection
  6. Enter OneKhusa TAN
  7. Enter amount to send
  8. Enter PIN to finalise payment
  9. Wait for confirmation

Centenary Bank

National Bank of Malawi

  1. Dial *626#
  2. Select 2: Send Money
  3. Select 2: To Other Banks
  4. Select 7: Instant Transfer
  5. Select 1: Yes for disclaimer
  6. Select 11: OneKhusa
  7. Enter OneKhusa TAN
  8. Enter beneficiary name
  9. Enter amount to send
  10. Proceed to finalise the payment
  1. Login to Mo626 Digital+ app
  2. Tap Send Money option
  3. Tap To Other Banks option
  4. Tap To Other Account Once-off option
  5. Select OneKhusa
  6. Enter account (TAN) and details
  7. Proceed to finalise the payment

CDH Investment Bank

  1. Login to Internet Banking app
  2. Under Transfers, select Interbank
  3. Select Pay To Bank
  4. On To Bank, select OneKhusa
  5. Enter TAN under To Account and other details
  6. Select Instant as transfer type
  7. Proceed to finalise the payment

FDH Bank

  1. Dial *525#
  2. Select 2: Send Money
  3. Select 1: Manually enter details
  4. Choose debit account
  5. Select 11: OneKhusa
  6. Enter OneKhusa TAN as receiver account
  7. Enter amount to send
  8. Proceed to finalise the payment
  1. Login to FDH Mobile app
  2. Under Funds Transfers, select New Transaction
  3. Select Transfer To Other Bank
  4. On Dest Bank, select OneKhusa
  5. Enter TAN under Dest Account
  6. Enter amount and other details
  7. Proceed to finalise the payment
  1. Login to Internet Banking app
  2. Under Funds Transfers, select New Transaction
  3. Select Transfer To Other Bank
  4. On Dest Bank, select OneKhusa
  5. Enter TAN under Dest Account
  6. Enter amount and other details
  7. Proceed to finalise the payment

NBS Bank

  1. Dial *322#
  2. Select 4: Funds Transfer
  3. Select 3: To Other Banks
  4. Select 1: Instant Interbank Transfer
  5. Select 1: Yes
  6. Enter letter N for NEXT
  7. Select 12: OneKhusa
  8. Enter OneKhusa TAN as receiver account
  9. Enter amount to send
  10. Proceed to finalise the payment
  1. Login to Internet Banking app
  2. Select Transfers
  3. Select Funds Transfers
  4. Select Transfer - New Beneficiary
  5. On Payment Type, choose Other Banks
  6. Select Instant Transfer
  7. On Bank, select OneKhusa
  8. Enter account (TAN) and details
  9. Proceed to finalise the payment

TNM Mpamba

  1. Dial *444#
  2. Select 2: Send Money
  3. Select 7: OneKhusa
  4. Enter OneKhusa TAN
  5. Enter amount to send
  6. Enter PIN to finalise payment
  7. Wait for confirmation
  1. Open TNM SmartApp
  2. Tap Send Money or Mpamba tab
  3. Select OneKhusa
  4. Enter account (TAN), amount and description
  5. Tap Send
  6. Enter PIN to finalise payment
  7. Wait for confirmation
