3.1. Consent For Collection and Processing
3.1.1. By using the Platform the Client warrants that it has obtained Consent from the Customer prior to submitting any Personal Data of the Customer on the Platform.  The Client must direct the Customer to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
3.1.2. Customers must be informed that all Processing of Personal Data is conducted in accordance with the purposes specified in this Policy.   Processing shall include the collection,   recording,   organization,   storage,   adaptation   or   alteration,   retrieval, consultation,   use,   disclosure   by   transmission,   dissemination   or   otherwise   making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction of information, whether or not by automatic means.
3.1.2.1. Customer’s must be over the age of 18 years.
3.1.2.2. Customer’s may wish to revoke all Consent pertaining to the Processing of their
Personal Data.  The Super Admin or the appointed User must remove Customer
Personal Data upon request of the Customer and inform the Customer of the
consequences of such removal. 
3.2. Purpose For Collection and Processing
3.2.1. We primarily collect and Process Customer Personal Data, collected or received from the Customer directly or the appointed Users in order to conduct KYC checks and for compliance with the regulations by the Reserve Bank of Malawi.   We Process Your Personal Data for the following purposes:  
3.2.1.1. Facilitate communication between the Angle Dimension and the Client;
3.2.1.2. Verify the identity of the Customer;
3.2.1.3. Assist the Client in maintaining updated digital records of existing Customers;
3.2.1.4. Assist the Client in providing services directly to Customers;
3.2.1.5. Comply with the law, specifically in response to a demand from government authorities where such demand meets the legal requirements; and
3.2.1.6. Achieve other purposes as authorized or required by law (e.g., to prevent a threat to life, health or safety, or to enforce Our legal rights).
3.2.2. We expressly acknowledge and undertake that we do not use any Personal Data for any other purposes not described above.
