9.1. We have appointed Mr. Bram Fudzulani as Our point of contact. His contact details are: bram.fudzulani@onekhusa.com The point of contact is responsible for:
9.1.1. Liaising with both the Client and the Customer concerning any aspect of privacy or the protection of Personal Data on the Platform;
9.1.2. Assisting the Client or Customers as far as is reasonable in exercising any rights in relation to Personal Data Processed on the Platform.
9.1.3. Ensuring that We are compliant with the Applicable Data Protection Laws and that We Process Customer Personal Data in accordance with instructions from the Client and the terms of this Privacy Policy.
9.2. Customers are entitled to obtain from the Client, without constraint or unreasonable delay and at no expense:
9.2.1. confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data of the Customer is being Processed; 
9.2.2. copies of the Personal Data undergoing Processing and of the source of such Personal Data; and 
9.2.3. communication on the purposes of the Processing and the recipients to whom the Personal Data is disclosed.
9.3. Angle Dimension will assist the Client as far as is reasonably possible to facilitate these rights.  The Customer should issue any such request for these rights directly to the Client. 
9.4. Customers are entitled to object at any time on legitimate grounds to the Processing of their Personal Data and where there is a justifiable objection. 
9.5. Customers are entitled to request that the Client rectify, erase or block Personal Data, in the event that the Processing thereof does not comply with the Applicable Data Protection Laws, in particular where the Personal Data is incomplete or inaccurate.
9.6. Both the Client and the Customer are alerted that these rights are not absolute. However it is the Client’s responsibility to grant or refuse requests for these rights. Angle Dimension will execute any lawful instruction from the Client with regard to any of the rights contained in this Clause.
