4.1. Personal Data is collected through the Platform either by Customers submitting Personal Data on the Platform directly or by an authorised User who inputs the Personal Data on the Customer’s behalf. 

4.2. Collection occurs online by the Client.   Submission of the Personal Data to the Platform may occur either on the day of collection or at a later date. 

4.3. In order to facilitate strong KYC practices, the Platform processes the following Customer Personal Data:

• 4.3.2. National identity number;
• 4.3.3. Tax registration;
• 4.3.4. Business certificate;
• 4.3.5. Physical address;
• 4.3.6. Postal address; 
• 4.3.7. Contact information (which may include various means of contact such as mobile phone and email);
• 4.3.8. Employment information;
• 4.3.9. Next of kin information; 
• 4.3.10. Marital information;
• 4.3.11. Municipal account information
• 4.3.12. Biometric information

4.4. ANGLE DIMENSION DOES NOT COLLECT PERSONAL DATA ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS.  CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING AND INPUTTING PERSONAL DATA TO THE PLATFORM THEMSELVES.   ANGLE DIMENSION SIMPLY PROCESSES INPUTTED PERSONAL DATA TO PERFORM KYC CHECKS AND ENSURE THE IDENTITY OF THE CUSTOMER IS CORRECT.  THE CLIENT MUST ENSURE THE CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF THEIR RIGHTS AT THE TIME OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA. 

4.5. Angle Dimension does not knowingly Process Personal Data of Data Subjects under the age of 18.  The Client is responsible for only collecting and inputting the Personal Data of Data Subjects who are over the age of 18.
