oneKhusa Terms of Service

4.1. The Institution agrees to be bound by any affirmation, assent, communication or agreement that the Super Admin transmits through the Platform, including but not limited to any consents they provide to Us:
4.1.1. In order to use the Platform or any part thereof;
4.1.2. In order to add other Users to the Platform;
4.1.3. In respect of any additional Platform Terms; and/or
4.1.4. In order to receive communications from Us solely through electronic transmission. 
4.2. The Super Admin agrees and understands that, when in the future they click on “I agree,” “I Consent,” “Submit,” or other similarly worded “button” or entry field with their mouse, keystroke or other computer device, their agreement or Consent will be legally binding and enforceable against the Institution and the legal equivalent of their handwritten signature.
4.3. The Super Admin warrants that they are a lawfully duly appointed representative of the Institution and have the fully legal authority to act on behalf of the Institution and that by agreeing to these Terms they are binding the Institution to these Terms. 
4.4. The Super Admin Indemnifies and holds OneKhusa, its directors, employees and/or representatives harmless against any claims arising from the Institution or any third-party as a result of the Super Admin intentionally or negligently misrepresenting themselves as a lawful and duly appointed representative of the Institution.
