oneKhusa Terms of Service

12.1. Due to the nature of technical platforms, OneKhusa makes no warranty that the Platform will be available and uninterrupted.  OneKhusa takes no responsibility for, does not warrant, and will not be liable for the Platform being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond its control.
12.2. OneKhusa makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your specific and exact requirements and it is the responsibility of the Institution to ensure that the Platform aligns   with   their   requirements   prior   to   purchasing   a   License   under   the   Principal Agreement. 
12.3. We do not make any warranties as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or to the accuracy of the information and the reliability of the information obtained through the Platform. We do not warrant that defects on the Platform will be corrected. OneKhusa makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or usability of the Personal Data uploaded to the Database.  It is the responsibility of the Institution to ensure any Personal Data of its Customers is true, accurate and up-to-date.
12.4. The   Institution   warrants   that   it   has   obtained   the   consent   of   the   Customer   prior   to uploading their Personal Data to the Database.  The Institution further warrants that it has a lawful explicit purpose for the Processing of any Customer Personal Data.
12.5. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Angle Dimension disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
