oneKhusa Terms of Service

8.1. In   accordance   with   the   Applicable   Data   Protection   Laws,   the   Institution   is   the   Data Controller   and   is   entrusted   with   responsibly   and   lawfully   handling,   storing   and Processing the Personal Data and data that it collects through the Platform. 

8.2. OneKhusa   is   entrusted   with   ensuring   that   the   Platform's   information   security measures are current and up to date with industry standards.

 
8.3. The   Database   is   unique   to   the   Institution   and   Angle   Dimension   cannot   access   any Customer or User information or Personal Data stored in the Database.

8.4. OneKhusa does not sell, rent, lease or license any Personal Data of Customers or Users to any third-party nor do We permit any third party to access such data.

8.5. OneKhusa  does  not  conduct  any  collection  or Processing  of  Personal  Data  of Customers or Users on Our own accord or for Our own purposes.   All Processing of Personal Data conducted on the Platform Is performed at the express request of the Users by performing any actions on the Platform.

 
8.6. THE INSTITUTION AND THE USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMERS AND PROCESSED ON THE PLATFORM IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE. OneKhusa DOES NOT PERFORM ANY ACTION, CHECK OR VERIFICATION ON ANY PERSONAL DATA SUBMITTED TO THE PLATFORM DURING ENROLMENT AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN THIS RESPECT.
