oneKhusa Terms of Service

7.1. Use of the Platform is dependent on the Institution having signed the Principal Agreement and appointing the initial Super Admin.  
7.2. We will Whitelist the Super Admin on the Platform either through their email address or mobile phone number  who is required to create a unique password. This account information is private to the Super Admin.  We can reset account information upon request by the Super Admin or the Institution, however We cannot view, edit, or interfere with any data stored on the Platform by the Institution or the Super Admin. 
7.3. Once registered, the Super Admin may add other Users to the Platform by registering them as Users. These Users may then be assigned rights and permissions in accordance with their on the Platform which will coincide with access to specific data by that User. Users will be unable to access services or data which is not granted to them by the Super Admin when creating and assigning their roles. 
7.3.1. It is the responsibility of the Super Admin and by extension the Institution to ensure that appropriately qualified Users are assigned appropriate roles.  OneKhusa does not assign any roles and is not responsible for any actions performed by Users. OneKhusa hereby disclaims any and all liability with regard to the actions of the Users. 
7.4. The creation and assignment of roles may be carried out at any time during the operation of the Principal Agreement. The Super Admin may add or remove access to functionality and/or data from a User at any time. 
7.5. Security of the Super Admin and User accounts are the sole responsibility of the Super Admin and the Users who undertake not to disclose their login credentials to any third party so as to ensure the security of the account. OneKhusa disclaims all liability with regard to the security of the Super Admin and/or User accounts. 
7.6. In the event of a breach to the security of the Super Admin or any User/s account We will require a mandatory change to the login credentials of affected Users and such Users agree to comply with any such request.
7.7. The Super Admin will notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of either their account or any User account or any other breach of security. We assume no liability for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorised use of the Super Admin's password or account by a third party.
