14.1. These Terms and any dispute relating to these Terms will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi and You hereby Consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malawian courts.
14.2. Any provisions on dispute resolution contained in the Services Agreement shall apply to these Terms as well.
